Will this aid in a better arm action? Because I run and twist and my arms aren’t close to my side..

The arm swing trainer will fix that form issue for sure. You should use it 2 to 3 times a week. Muscle memory is how this product works. It holds the arm in the L shape as you swing the arms. It trains the muscles to remember the proper arm swing from training with the arm swing bands.

Will this work for an 8 year old?
