Great product!
Does what it’s supposed to do. Was concerned about rising cortisol and lack of sleep. This Ashwagandha works well. I feel more relaxed and sleep well!

Astonishing
I've never had ashwaganda pure enough to have a serious effect...this stuff has a serious effect. The reduction in stress is profound, but it occurs without any kind of depressant effect. It's very strange. You just...don't feel stressed. Things that seemed like serious problems seem solvable. I am baffled that this stuff isn't more popular. It also had a dramatic increase on my total testosterone values as tested by blood tests before and after the supplement. Definitely recommend...and it's cheap!

Amazing, but for kapha and vata types only
According to Ayurvedic system, ashwagandha is very heating for pitta body types. It's much more beneficial for kapha or vata body types, especially with milk. I'd encourage everyone to research their body types before consuming ayurvedic medicines or consulting with a practitioner. Some of these adaptogens are not one size fits all and can even end up backfiring on them. For me, I took this to increase my natural energy and uplift my mood. I think it did work for me (vata type). What it ended up doing was also triggering my allergies (and i think this was the culprit). Sure enough, Ashwagandha is to be avoided if you have autoimmune diseases as it can exacerbate them. Did not finish, but I keep it around just in case. For what its worth, it does work. Just make sure you cycle it, if it proves to be too heating for you.

Amazing supplement
Have taken this supplement for years and absolutely love it. It helps my anxiety and my performance in the gym. I don’t notice huge benefits in sleep or energy but gradual differences in strength.

Ashwagandha extract will it normalize my Cortisol level
This is Ashwagandha extract. I am taking it to see if it affects my Cortisol levels resulting in hormone balance. It's a good product and not too expensive like some similar products

Not Much More Than an Expensive Placebo Effect
As someone who's experimented with a bunch of different herbal supplements, I had high hopes when I decided to give Nutricost's KSM-66 Ashwagandha extract a try. The promised stress relief, enhanced focus, and improved mood sounded incredibly appealing. Unfortunately, after diligently taking these capsules daily for a couple of months, I can't really say I noticed any substantial effects - positive or negative. No discernible reduction in my anxiety levels, no boost in cognitive powers, no extra reserves of calm under pressure. Just kind of...the same old me. Now, I'll caveat that by saying everyone's body chemistry is different, so supplements can definitely produce varying results from person to person. Maybe these just didn't work harmoniously with my own systems and biochemistry. But from my personal experience? This particular Ashwagandha product didn't really "do" much at all. The capsules themselves seemed fine as far as quality and potency claims. No weird after-tastes or side effects. But also no real tangible benefits to point to, at least not for me. I kept waiting for that renowned ancient herbal magic to kick in and have me feeling like a freshly rejuvenated monk. But after sixty pills, I simply felt...pretty much the same as before I started taking them, just a decent chunk of change lighter in the wallet. So unless you're already a true believer in Ashwagandha's effects and just want a reputable brand, you may want to temper your expectations before pulling the trigger on these. Or at least be prepared that they could potentially just be a very expensive placebo for you. For me, they were about as impactful as taking multivitamin gummies - which is to say, not terribly impactful at all. Not a terrible product necessarily, but also not quite the natural wonder tonic I was envisioning either.
