Definitely reflective, albeit some colors more than others.
I dont know what people were complaining about. These are DEFINITELY reflective as you can see from the pics. Albeit, some colors are brighter in reflection than others. I bought Red, Orange and Yellow. All 3 are what I hoped and expected.Shipping took 3 weeks.

Buyer Beware
Overall the sticker is acceptable. It has good adhesion along with a menacing look. However, the color description is not accurate. Instead of bright orange as pictured the decal I received is more of a butterscotch or burnt orange color. Plus it must've been shipped on pony express because it arrived in two weeks from east coast too the west coast. Unacceptable.
