This model is just so cool it overwhelms any shortcomings. The build was easy, the bricks were good quality and the instructions were decent. There are some design choices to the landing gear area that aren’t sturdy, but they make it possible (though not easy) to retract the gear, which is a neat feature. The rest of the model is pretty sturdy and swooshable. Overall this is one of my favorite shelf pieces now.

My son was in tears several times while building this - we are used to the Lego brand, this is a knock off and the pieces will literally just fall apart, they do not fit snug. Several times he got close to finishing it and it just like crumbled apart (and he’s a pro Lego builder!). I’m returning it so we can get our money back…definitely going with the Lego brand from here on out!
