I'm usually too lazy to write product reviews, but I have been motivated to provide feedback for this multivitamin - possibly because it is so effective, and my energy level has picked up! I don't know how much money I have wasted on various supplements and vitamins, but it is tragic! For one reason or another they end up rotting on my shelves for years after I buy them. In contrast, this multivitamin is easy to swallow, doesn't have any unpleasant side effects, and has given me a number of noticeable benefits. Among those are: stronger nails and hair, my skin is brighter and firmer, my immune system is stronger and I sleep better! Overall, this multivitamin adds to my quality of life at 54 - and even has me feeling a few years younger!!

First vitamins I've managed to make a daily habit long term. I have been taking this vitamin daily since August 2024 and absolutely love it! I usually hate taking vitamins because I can't get past the smell or taste. These capsules have no bad smell, zero taste, and are easy to swallow.
