This bookshelf is SO cute for our son's nursery. The little bear design is so sweet, and I love the look of it. The quality of the wood is fantastic for the price. I also love the size - it's much smaller than what I envisioned, but I like it because I know that it's not an item that would be easy for my son to pull over like other, bigger bookshelves might. The assembly, which I did myself, was a little cumbersome at times, requiring a lot of screws and matching things up just-so, but doable for a solo-job. It holds a good number of books but not a TON. Overall, highly recommend!

This is very cute and sturdy. It took about 20 minutes to put together. I will say it probably won’t hold very many books, but I guess it just depends on how many you have. Use of the top shelf will cover up the little bear’s face because the shelves are pretty short. I would say it’s a little expensive for what it is, but if you wait for it to go on sale it’s probably worth it because it’s not a cheap piece of plastic junk like most things made for children.

Very practical. My daughter uses it daily!

at first I thought it was nice, and it is a cute shelf. But every time my toddler picks out a book, the rest of the books easily tip over...-_-

It took me a while to find a Montessori book display that was small enough for our space, could be accessible for our 8 month old and could hold her thick board books. This was great!! Love the chalkboard on back & the extra storage underneath. Price was great & it arrived quickly. Assembly was easy/okay. Very easy once I realized I could turn upside down and give shelves a tap into place from the back/inside. It’s sturdy my daughter has held herself on it and bumped her head already but didn’t cry much was okay and it did not too over. Watch her while supervised b/c she is so young still but no concerns :)

Received this as a gift for my son’s nursery and it is adorable! Very cute and it’s on the tiny side so a great dresser-top book station.

Functional, cute, and sturdy!

It’s very small, but my toddler is small, and it’s the perfect size. Also, the materials are all great quality. Love it. If anything, it would be great if it were a couple of inches wider. Perhaps a slightly larger version of this product would be great.

Easy to assemble with the provided hardware taking about 15 minutes.Small but I already expected this. I suspect it is a good size for my infant but for a toddler it would be better if it were like 30% larger for a toddler. 5 shelves hold 2 average sized books. Even small books do not expect to fit 3 across unless it's the width of a novel. The top shelf will cover the bear's face. So you can fit 8-10 books depending if you wanna cover the bear or not.Although it's small, it is heavy solid wood. Smooth edges and nice coating. The chalk board is an unnecessary gimmick and cheapens the look of the shelf. Better off without it.I had this shelf in my cart for a while just waiting for a sale. It is expensive compared to other similar shelves. But if you want a high quality piece with cute flair, you'll be happy with this one.

Well built and easy to assemble. The bookshelf is almost too small to be functional. Would prefer a larger size.
