This bag is a great size to use in a medium size purse to store essentials. I bought this bag to replace my old Vera Bradley small cosmetic bag that I had for 5 years. The designed has changed. The outside pocket is a great addition for small flat items like a contact lens case. The rounded corners on the top does reduce the items you can comfortably fit in the bag, so you have to reduce the numbers of items you keep with you. The other change is the loop on the outside of the bag is gone. This is a bummer because if you skip the purse and just have the cosmetic bag, the bulkiness of the bag makes it harder to carry in your hand, whereas the loop made it easy to carry.

This is a small bag which is exactly what I wanted. Fits cheek color compact, color brush, finishing powder stick and stick cheek color.Fabric is very pretty and inside clear plastic liner can be wiped clean. Very happy with Vera Bradley.

I love all things Vera Bradley! This is the perfect thing for my daughter to carry in her purse/backpack to carry "necessities". Nice size.
