Funktioniert (leider) nicht für Gugelhupf
Hab 2 Rezepte ausprobiert ,mit je 500g &250g Mehl - leider ist jedes mal der Teig in der Mitte aus dem Loch gequollen und der Kuchen war in der Mitte roh 😔 habe nun den roten Konkurrenten im Backofen und sehe deutlich einen positiven Unterschied
