My resting belly circumference is about 39", so I ordered the right size according to their charts. I would recommend most people to get a medium. The reason why is because there is LOTS of room for expansion.Pros:-Super high quality build and materials!-Best dip belt on the market-Comes with extra pad that velcros to the inside of the belt which is pretty cool.-Finally good carabiners whaaaaat!?! No need to replace the carabiners because they are already good.-Nice solid chain and good lengthCons:-Amazon listing sizing chart is inaccurate.-I can't get the belt as tight as I want because its to big for me. Because its to big, no matter how you put it on, it won't let you tighten it down.-The velcro on the outside back doesn't go all the way around. The problem with this is.. if you have excess belt, then it just hangs loose without being strapped to anything. This would look dumb in the gym.Other Thoughts:-I can't test to see if this would be a good weight lifting belt. Design wise, it should be good.-This would probably be a 5 star if I had the right size. Since I don't have the right size, there is no way to test it.

I'm getting back into shape and got a cable tower machine. I also got a landmine attachment for it. With this belt I can now do squats. The belt fits me perfectly. The listed measurements are spot on. It's a stiff belt with plenty of padding. The belt doesn't use a typical belt buckle. Instead is uses fastening system that allows it to be adjusted to any diameter for better comfort. The excess belt has velcro on it so it doesn't flop around. The two steel loops easily connect tot he included chain.The belt feels like it's made with a heavy duty nylon material with neoprene padding. I think the padding in the back is removable but I didn't try. It's quite stiff but I think over time it'll soften up. The belt might be a bit much for a petite woman but it should work well for anyone else.
