Bought for my professional logger boyfriend for Christmas. He likes it, says it runs good, and he really likes the saw.

Took guard off to put chain on and does not fit back together with chain. What a waste of money

After much work my husband finally got it started. It works good now. I did contact the company for assistance and did not get an answer from them. I got one message that said the product was not returnable. So we did what we could salvage it. Thank goodness it worked.

Good running saw easy to use

This chainsaw is loud and dont cut easy at all. Its very heavy and bulky

I have owned this brand for 5 years. My original plan was to use it until it died saving time on the Farm Boss and 044. Yes, it takes a bit of maintenance, and can vapor lock occasionally but has cut a ton of wood and trees. We have a small Sawmill and use this saw now for a majority of cutting. Was way worth the money... it seems that a lot of the negative comments may be from folks that are not used to saws in general. We us racing fuel, synthetic 2 cycle oil. Keep the chains mantained and the bar oil filled and you will be in good shape.

This chainsaw sucks. I bought it new Took it out of the box. Put gas and bar oil in it. Tried to start it and the pull wouldn’t come out. So tried and tried and no success. I saw a video where you take out the spark plug. If it pulls then there is an issue with the spark plug. So not only did I try a new spark plug but the same thing happened when I installed the new one and the original one. NO GOOD.And no customer service to call like stated in the book. Oh yes contact suppport. Where?
