Not what I ordered
So I ordered this pad as I needed a 4" high density foam surface to help me make a 20" height I could perform box jumps onto. I wasn't expecting it to be great quality as it's a very cheap price...and it isn't great quality. However it would have been perfect for what I wanted it for ...... if it had actually been 4" thick. It is only 3" thick which is super disappointing! I have not contacted the seller as I can't be bothered sending it back so haven't given them the opportunity to correct the issue. So I will have to try to make an extra 1" height somehow! I haven't tried jumping onto it yet but it seems a little slippy if you were actually considering it for gymnastics?

Thick foam mats
I bought 7 of the medium mats for using with slam balls with my clients.These are great as they absorb the impact of the slam balls, meaning the balls will last longer.They are foam, so they return to their original shape too.I have used 20kg slam balls on the mats and had no issues so far.Very pleased with them, as are my clients.I'd definitely recommend these mats.
