Not for every day wear.
This elastic would be fine for costumes but I don't think it will hold up in clothing. It is slack. Not much strength or stretch to it.

Good for price
I’ve used 3 rolls of this elastic so far and it works pretty well. I make skirts and it does roll pretty easily, that’s the only thing I don’t like about it. It is much cheaper than the Dritz non-roll elastic though so I don’t mind the extra work to keep it from folding over!

Not one piece!
The elastic is fine. It was not 20 yards. It was two pieces pinned together. The pinned portion did fall where it caused me to waste a section of elastic. The yardage should be continuous. What if I needed a piece of elastic 20 yards long? This package should have been sold as non-continuous or as a shorter piece.
