Excellent quality
Really nice high quality solid oak toilet seat. Easy to remove for ease of cleaning. I can highly recommend this product.

Disappointing quality
Bought this to replace our previous Heritage solid oak toilet seat. Fittings all plastic unlike our last one which was all solid metal. Not just poor quality fittings and less robust but look like shiny plastic. Crazy given that the toilet seat was really expensive and the wood itself is great quality. You can buy proper metal aftermarket hinges for £11 so don't know why they have gone so cheap with original parts. Disappointing. The hinges are not straight and the seat doesn't sit on the toilet flat!

Lovely quality but lighter than photo shows
Quick delivery and good quality. Lighter colour than the photo shows. Like these seats so much I have now bought four of them now. Two dark and two light oak. The dark colour is very dark and the light colour is light. Good quality hinges with buttons to enable removal of the seat from the toilet for easy cleaning.

Seat damaged
Unfortunately ordered in March and my son has only just found time to fit it and when opened he found that the seat was cracked at the point the hinges screw in to the wood. I realise I should have checked it but want to make other potential customers aware. I’m very disappointed as the overall quality and look of the seat is very good!!!

AWFUL QUALITY (HERITAGE)
Awful quality toilet seat from what I thought was a well known/respected brand. The wood is, to use a phrase, as 'rough as a bear's arse'...as though it wasn't fully sanded and finished. It was despatched in a timely fashion though so no problems with the seller, just very poor quality for £100+...maybe it's a second/reject..?

Delighted with our solid oak toilet seat
Worth every penny. Original solid oak toilet seat had to be replaced after 18 years! For the pasted 6 years I’ve been through 4 rubbish quality “replacements”. But this on is solid comfortable and built to last!

Good for a year
This product was easy to install and clean and looked great. It seemed ideal. Unfortunately after 1 year the chrome hinges showed rust coming through.
