UMMA TELL YOU OK?
Wow, so easy to put on, no complicated straps requiring an army of 5.Fits a very large mid-section and can easily shrink down as the wearer shrinks.Helps with posture as well b/c this product does not roll down. Great for those who sit during the work-day. I would imagine that this product would also help with post-partum tummy reshaping and back support - ask your OBGYN obvi.WISHING I HAD FOUND THIS SOONER!

Bought both models. Which one will fit you better?
So first I want to say if you're looking for a corset to wear under your clothes to make you look flatter/smoother through your clothes, this isn't it. If you're looking for back support, postpartum tummy support, or a belt that will make you sweat more when working out, you're in the right place. There are 2 different models being sold in this listing, and they do have significant differences. I bought both styles, and both arrived in under 2 weeks and were made of sturdy good quality materials. I will talk about fitting and then go into how well the product suited my needs. The first one is shaped like basically a giant band-aid. It's smaller all around than the other. The second one, they call it the Z1 style, has some contouring on the bottom edge and is both wider and longer. Both have the cinching straps and are made from the same materials, but because the 2 layers of elastic for the cinching straps are more spread out in the Z1 model, they are easier to pull around yourself and deliver a more even squeeze for those with longer torsos.Take into account your measurements and body type when choosing which to purchase. If your measurements fit into the sizing chart pictured, the first belt should fit for the most part as advertised, in my opinion. The first belt would probably be best for someone with a shorter torso length, the Z1 would be a better option for a longer torso since it's wider. If your waist is bigger than the measurements listed for the XXL but still under 50" then it's likely you could still be able to use the XXL of the Z1 model! The Z1 is actually more than 3" longer than the other one and it seems a bit more stretchy to me also. I velcroed my XXL Z1 model just far enough so the velcro would not be sticking out and poking the wearer, and then I measured inside it with a sewing tape measure and it was 50" around inside. So I'm saying that if the sizing of the belts is consistent from this company within styles, then if your waist is 50" or less you should be able to use the Z1 XXL. I would like to repeat though that the other model is smaller and I would suggest going by the measurements on the chart for that style! Now, as far as usage, I have given birth to 6 babies over 10 years and could never stand to wear anything around my stomach directly postpartum because it was painful. Over that time my belly became very large. I'm certainly not a skinny lady but my belly was disproportionately stretched out to where I looked pregnant with multiples all the time. I had been needing to wear 3x in tops, 20/2x in bottoms because of my 51" belly and when I began to work out with T-Tapp 3 months ago, my whole body was shrinking but my belly was not shrinking any faster than the rest of me, thus I still looked preggo, just like a smaller preggo lady than I looked like before. In order to help my midsection gain (lose?) some ground on the rest of me, I was looking for a belt that would squeeze in my stomach and make me sweat more around the middle. I've never used a workout belt before but I've seen some, flat rectangle rubbery things that look like they would feel nasty when you sweat in them and suffocate your skin while not contouring at all to the curves of a human body. This belt looked different and I decided to give it a try. The price being so affordable, I ordered one of each style to try out. Both suck me in but the smaller one didn't feel wide enough for my really long torso. Both make me sweat. I can wear the wider one a little longer before it begins feeling uncomfortable because it fits my body shape better. I forgot I had it on one day last week and realized I'd had it on 6 hours. Oops. I don't think it's good to have it on that long but I guess it's proof of how comfy it is. It's working so well that I need to order the next size down because I can't strap it very tight anymore -it's not that the belt is stretching, it's that I'm shrinking. My stomach is significantly less disproportionate to the rest of my body since beginning to use this belt. I do T-Tapp 10-20 minutes a day while wearing this belt and I'm now in a size 16 jeans/XL tops, still shrinking, and feeling fabulous!

Keeps me in place
I recently tried a waist trainer belt, and I am absolutely amazed by the results! This waist trainer belt has quickly become my go-to accessory for achieving a slimmer and more toned waistline. The design is incredibly comfortable and supportive – the adjustable Velcro closure allows for a customized fit, ensuring that the belt stays in place during workouts or everyday activities. I love how it provides gentle compression and support to my midsection, helping to sculpt and shape my waist while also improving my posture. Plus, the neoprene material is lightweight and breathable, so I can wear it comfortably for extended periods without feeling restricted or overheated. Since incorporating this waist trainer belt into my routine, I've noticed a significant reduction in bloating and water retention around my midsection, and I feel more confident and supported throughout the day. Whether you're looking to slim down your waistline, improve your posture, or just enhance your overall silhouette, I highly recommend giving this waist trainer belt a try – it's a game-changer for anyone looking to achieve a more sculpted and defined waist!

It’s an okay product
First thing I encountered with this is by the sizing chart I am supposed to fit in a large, so I ordered a large and immediately I had to put it on the closest inner hook in order to get it to actually fit, so these are definitely bigger then they seem. There's a lot of give to them because it definitely seems to have a spandex type material to it. No matter how much I try, I can't tighten it to look as nice or seamless as the product photo (and I have a natural hourglass figure), no matter what way you do this it looks extremely bulky and it's beyond noticeable no matter what you wear, whether it's a tank top/t-shirt or a hoodie it's noticeable significantly. In addition to that, this will make you sweat unbelievably which can be a great addition if you're wanting it for a work out but if your wanting this for everyday wear by the time you peel it off, it's like peeling off a second skin even if you've literally only had it on for an hour. In terms of support this is great! It does help you stand up straighter and helps with posture but if your wanting it for working out it may not be the best support wise, the way it postures your back it's very easy to throw yourself off balance if you use it for heavy workouts like deadlifts, squats with weights, etc. This does limit your range of motion, especially if your trying to bend down at the waist also.Honestly I didn't notice any improvement pain relief wise, if anything because of how it forces your posture this can actually cause the sensation of pressure especially on the middle and lower back, if you do wear it for long periods of time there can be some mild pain but overall it's just really a feeling of pressure consistently.Honestly if you're going to use this, it's best used as an assistant tool to help break a better sweat then it is to a solution especially if you're wanting to lose weight or tone up your stomach and waist line. It's definitely better when paired with a solid workout routine otherwise it just really makes you sweat on it's own.
