This product reads as "Kidkusion Retractable Driveway Guard, Black, 25'" (25 feet?) but the description says 18.' Which is it?

There are two sizes. 25 is for a two car garage. 18 is for a one car. I bought the 25. I would recommend getting orange if it's for kids. I had someone drive into out black one and destroy it bc it l's hard to see with the blacktop of the driveway in the background.

When rolled up, can it be left outside in weather long term?

Yes, but it depends on your region I would think. It’s well protected all rolled up. But it’s not that heavy to bring in for the winter.

How do you keep it from sagging in the middle?

If there is tension between the two posts, it doesn't sag.
