I hope you enjoyed that headline as much as I freaking enjoyed this water pump. I loved the customer service, when I opened up the box and installed it and started using it I noticed it had a small hole in the tubing. So I contacted the team @[email protected] for a replacement tubing and they just told me that they are sending a replacement when I get in contact with them about additional information. But using this with a 5 gallon is really nice. The water comes out at a very fast pace and super easy to charge with a micro USB on the back it might take up to 2-3 hours for a full charge but it lasts forever on a single charge. I am really impressed with how it's just very easy to use and convenient.When you get it open the box up and get the USB cable and the water pump and just charge it for a while. Come back then install the silicon tubing (any end) to the pump and install the intake value on the other end. Then I wash my hands before handling the tubing and I suggest cleaning the tube with some diluted water and running the pump for a few times (It turns off about every 60 seconds) You can probably get away with cleaning the silicone tube with some soapy water but make sure it doesn't get in the pump and wash it thoroughly because I think the pump is kind of sensitive and you don't want a soapy after taste from your water dispenser. But after you clean it and run it a few times you can literally get a 5 gallon and just stick the tubing down the put the pump right on top. It should fit most 5 gallons. I tested with a few like ArrowHead, Primo Purified Water, nestle water, and a generic 5 gallon I bought a while back.But honestly, if you don't mind chilled water or really hot water and just want to drink room temp water which is always cooler then the actual room itself its a really good investment. I don't have to use more of my electricity on a water dispenser, I don't have to worry about bacterial growth I can't see, its light and portable. Oh, I feel like this is important I have been abusing the heck out of this probably dispencing around 5 gallons daily and it does not drip any water out like a leaky sink or a water dispenser.

Convenient and useful

I really didn't want to spend $200 on a water cooler or endless rental fees on water delivery service, so after a bit of research, I took a chance on this automatic water dispenser. Charging the device takes 2-3 hours using the short USB cable that is provided (note: a plug adapter is NOT included).I've been using it for a few months now. The charge lasts through a 5-gallon jug; I typically charge it again when I swap out the bottle for a new one.The motor is pretty quiet and the on/off button on the rear of the top is responsive. No drips, or mess, and the water comes out pretty rapidly. It's definitely worth the money. And the best part is that it's not adding to my electric bill by having a cooler unit drawing power 24/7.The other great part is that I no longer have to pick up the heavy 5-gallon jugs and flip them over to nest on a dispenser.This model also comes with a couple of adapter caps, which I didn't need, but kept in case I happen to purchase a different top style jug. I simply clean the top, remove the seal and use a small knife to pierce the protective plastic a the bottom of the cap. You could also remove the cap all together and that would also work. The neck of the unit will still fit snugly over the opening of standard US style water jugs.The only potential negative is that with this device there is no temperature control; the water is room temperature, so if you prefer ice-cold or boiling-hot water instantly this might not be for you.

Love this water dispenser and it was just what I was looking for. It works great however it is a little loud, especially the emptier your jug is. Other than that it was a great purchase and I have recommended it to others.

This water dispenser worked fine for 6 months and the last months would charge but only hold about a few days. It finally died on christmas day not worth it, Esther but something better if this is the way it’s going to work

Bought to use for my camp sink and it works perfectly. It lasted a week of consistent use on one charge. Took seconds to set up and one push on/off is a nice feature.

I bought a few cheap-o versions of this a while back for my dry cabin so i can have "running water" and they did fine for a few months til they stopped holding a charge. Luckily they were only about $11 so no big loss. Then i ordered this one at double the price and WOW its clear where the extra money goes. Its sleek, button clicks, it lights up when charging, the water pressure/speed is also significantly better than the ones i previously bought. (The ones with the stainless steel tube spout). If youre needing a pump for your water jugs or a simple off grid solution to the whole running water thing.. This is the one to buy.
