The intake of the 250 GPH unit has threads externally and internally; the specs say this but the photos don't show it. 3/4 external, 3/8 internal. My main concern was the power draw since this is for an off-grid application; as shown in the specs this unit draws just under 1 amp which is fantastic. As far as the functionality: Flow and ability to push against a head seems to exactly meet the specifications shown. In comparing this pump to a much more expensive specialty marine A/C pump, I can tell very little difference. As others mentioned, it came with Seaflo branding. For installation the mounting bracket is exactly the same size as other 250 or 500 GPH pumps making for an easy installation. Seems like a good value even if the lifespan is shorter than more expensive pumps.

So I ordered this pump as a temporary fix until I got a dometic pump($500) for my 16k btu ac unit. After reading the reviews I thought I would be lucky to get a month out of it... well here I am 2 months later still pumping strong. And to be honest working better than the $500 pump I have on a different AC unit... still going to replace with dometic pump but think this is a great option for a temporary fix... or a backup "oh crap" pump. For the money totally worth it but great pump to have in storage just in case

This pump is good quality. I purchased it for my marine air. So far I am very happy and it works great. Real quiet. Oh Yea... I ordered it on Sunday afternoon and for $9.00 from Amazon, I had it at 7:00 am Monday morning. Great Everything. I was sitting on a boat that I live on, in 98 degree heat with no A/C. Had it up and pumping in no time. Do recommend.

I reached out last night to see about a replacement. Since I've only had the pump six months and it died. I had previously reached out when it started acting up a couple of months ago and didn't hear back, but it still worked. Last night it stopped working. It was a little bit of a pain to find the order to be able to reach out. That's not the seller's fault. That's an Amazon thing. The seller reached out super fast asked for me address to send a replacement. Thank you I appreciate it. I hope the replacement lasts a longer

I purchased this pump last fall after we pulled the boat for the season. The boat is back in the water and wanted to say the pump is exatly what I had hoped for. Runs quiet. Glad I purchased this pump

This is a better pump than the 400 dollar pump from Flagship marine.

AC raw water cooling pump for domestic AC. Less than 50 hours after pump failed. Unbelievable, previous pump different vendor lasted over five years. Pump just stopped working no plugged inlet and no plugged outlet. Of course no warranty or coverage so I'm out of luck apparently. I need a pump quickly as it is my only source of heating and cooling. New vendor where are you?
