I have been using this 3-burner gas stove for some time now and overall the experience is good. The glass top looks nice and feels sturdy. Auto ignition is working properly and makes cooking easier without using a lighter. The burners give a decent and even flame, suitable for normal home cooking. Knobs are smooth, though they feel average in quality.

I recently purchased the Blowhot 3 burner gas stove and I’m very happy with the product. It has a sleek and modern design that looks great in my kitchen. Blueflame is ok works well

I bought this stove for a few reasons - It has auto ignition which is increasingly difficult to find these days for reasons unknown. And it came at 4,900 because of a huge discount and at this price point I was willing to experiment with this brand that I had never heard of before. ✅ The look and the build quality seems to be good. The glass top and the knobs and the pan support ring look solid. ❌ I don't thinnknwven basic QC was done. The pan-support-ring has two legs that fit snugly into the drip tray. One of the legs had some bit of welding drip over that was preventing it to sit correctly on the drip tray. I had to file that bit and then fit it in. ❌ Also the pipes under the stove could do with better welding. They look very shoddily done. A mistake here could mean gas leaks. ✅ So are the "tornado" burners worth the hype? It's good. The flame is big and does a great job as far as I know. ❌ Pan support rings. I'm not a big fan of these kind of rings to begin with. Vessels easily tip off and keep falling ✅ Knobs seem to be working fine and control the intensity of the flame well. ❌❌❌ There was a gas leak in the jumbo burner even when the knob was off. when I tried to get a replacement via Amazon, it asked me to go via Blowhot customer support first. They took 1 week to respond and by the time the return window in Amzon closed. When the technician finally arrived, he told me that replacement could only be done via Amazon. But since the window was closed, they would only repair the fault. ❌❌ Flame - The flame on the larger burner was disappointing for me. When you put the flame on sim, the flame flickers and sometimes even goes off. This could be very dangerous and could lead to gas leaks. Looks like the burner is too big to keep a flame going when a small amount of gas is flowing through it. I saw another review with the same complaint here and I thought my piece would not have that problem. But this looks like a design flaw. This maybe a reason to avoid this product altogether. Even if everything works well and looks good, this problem can be a deal breaker. I'm sure this is a known issue to the brand but they clearly don't seem to care. Overall this an unsafe product that comes at a great price point and polished exteriors. It fails where it should not. This was my first purchase with Blowhot and thanks to terrible customer experience, I'll never buy anything from this brand. If a product has a manufacturing defect, it has to be replace with a new one not repaired. ====== More than a month later ====== They still haven't repaired or replaced the defective product. The service center also dared me to go to consumer court if I wanted to. ====== 2 and a half months later ====== The technician arrived but took more than an hour to try and understand how to remove the faulty part, so he can replace it with the new one. After a long time, he managed to get it done but then the new part seemed to be faulty where the auto ignition did not work. He promised to fix that the next day. In the meantime, I got a call from the Blowhot service center asking me for the completion otp. When I refused to give that till everything was fixed, he begged and pleaded saying he would fix the auto ignition in 24 hours, saying not getting the otp now would risk his job. So I have him the otp. It's been more than a week now and he does not answer his phone.
