Using as a suppository which came highly rated/ recommended by my late great grandmother. Bit messy initially which made application a bit of an affair. Stick with it. A good tip, catch the oil before streaking to your ankles. Nice slippery red stools when spending a penny! Overall thoroughly worth it!
