10g of carbs and a neutral taste
I picked this brand because it was low in carbs, had no added sugar or sodium and had a good amount of protein. I tried a bit dry and found it didn’t have much of a taste at all. I stirred some into Greek yogurt. It mixed in easily and although it did thicken it up, I still didn’t notice the taste. Adding a bit of no sugar flavored syrup or whatever type of milk you prefer loosens it back up and it’s ready to have with cereal or oatmeal or by itself. I didn’t notice any aftertaste or grittiness. It would work equally well stirred into stews or other savory dishes as it does in sweet. I can’t honestly say if the price was reasonable, as this was the first time I’ve purchased these types of products, but compared to others, many of which had a LOT of sodium or added sugar, this one was much more reasonable.

It's actually food
This protein powder has a really nice flavor and consistency. I've tried a lot of other protein powders and drinks... they just don't taste like food. This tastes and feels like food -- no weird %$$#%$^$#^!I blend this into drinks.Recipes:1 x banana1 x scoop of protein powder1 x cup milk (I use soy)3 ice cubesOR2 x scoops of protein powder1 1/2 cups of soy milkInstant tea of any flavor (chai is nice)3 ice cubesKeeps me full and feels right.

Great to add to protein shakes for more protein and enhanced taste
I love this company as it has limited ingredients. I have used several products, including this one. I add the almond powder to protein shakes for a little added taste and more protein. I put it in yogurt, oatmeal, and shake it over fresh fruit. I have added it to baked goods with success, too. I understand you can make almond paste to add to bagels or toast, but I just add it on top of other things I have on the bagel or toast. Highly recommend the company and the product.

Great, but not my taste
Planning to use this for smoothies, to replace almond butter that comes with oil and usually would clump up in cold temperature. Got this big tub to try, seeing that it's a single-ingredient product with no funny business; was excited about it.Opening the lid is a bit tricky. After removing the plastic protective ring, the plastic lid does not unscrew on multiple tries, even with rubber mat and gloves to help. The diameter of the lid is just a tad large for a regular/smaller hand to grip and turn, and the slippery plastic material makes it hard to gain traction on contact. After a couple days of trying to no avail (and sending out distress message to Cust Svc), decided to jam a fork from the bottom of the lid in hopes to "unstuck" whatever that may be creating a suction effect, and it worked! Customer Service was really responsive too, attaching a how-to video that also suggests pulling the lid upward, and/or running it under warm water. Finally got to try the powder with my first smoothie! Must say, it wasn't what I expected (even though I can admit that my expectation might have been misplaced). I wasn't getting the same roasted nutty flavor as I I would from almond butter, but instead a very clean, almost raw, taste of almond. It's not bad on its own, just not what I'm looking for -- also because the aroma reminds me of the other almond-flavored products I came across in the past but didn't like. All in all, it's a great product to supplement your dietary needs, and the after-sale service is great which is reassuring for the brand.

Versatile and good flavor
It's only been two days, but I've used this in a strawberry+pbFit+banana bowl and a protein cookie dough bowl. I can't eat whey because of the taste and stomach 🤢, plant protein usually tastes like dirt, etc. Decided to try Naked Almond. It does have that almond flavor obvioisly, but not really strong. It mixes well into everything I'm making. x2 scoops for 20g of protein at 140 calories is also a plus. The flavor, numbers, and variety of things I can use this in means it might be my new favorite protein powder. 😉👌

Love it
This stuff is delicious. I love mixing it in with yogurt, it makes the texture thick and creamy. Low fat and high protein. One ingredient. Go for it.

Too dry to swallow and too little taste
I wanted to try one of the Naked products for some time. Unfortunately, this one wasn't the best introduction to the brand. I've used a lot of different protein powders and brands in my years and this one, is not only missing one of the essential amino acids in order to make up complete protein, but the consistency to far too powdery; similar to baby powder, and the flavor is...Naked. There is vey little flavor and with the flavor that there IS, it's unpleasant. I realize their goal is to avoid any added ingredients other than that which is in the title but this doesn't even taste like Almonds to me. Perhaps, adding it to a shake with more ingredients such as Milk, yogurt and fruit it would taste better but that still doesn't solve the issue that it doesn't taste like the ingredient it says it is. I will try adding a small amount to my regular chocolate why protein in order to see if that helps bring out the nuttiness more and by combining the two will give it the amino acid it's missing but I won't purchase this again.

Fav Organic PB powder
It’s organic, made from roasted peanuts. 0g sodium, 8g of protein per scoop, 60 calories, 2g of fat, 5g of carbs. Some potassium, iron, and calcium, no vitamin D, with an amino acid profile on the label.Tastes great. I use it as a spread on gluten free, canola oil free bread or on a brown rice cake, if not just by itself depending on time of day. I measure 2 leveled table spoons of this and 2 table spoons of any liquid such as water or a protein drink like Orgain’s vegan creamy chocolate. And it tastes really good.
