It did the job perfectly well

Whether it's a car park ding, or a careless manoeuvre on your own driveway, dents are a massive pain that not only ruin tje look of your car, they can inpact on future value. This TOPEV Car Dent Repair Kit Car is billed as.a good DIY solution, so how did it fair?This is one comprehensive kit, I'll not list everything as its on the product page, but you literally get everything you need to get started, even down to a cleaning cloth and spray bottle!The kit comes with instructions including pictorial guides. Its handy but it does have instructions for kit that you don't get, which can be confusing at first.You need to realise that this isn't an easy process. The kit was easy to use andnoffered excellent functionality as the various pull pads will accomodate most situations. However, it take practice, you need to research. Some dents will need heat so as not to crack the paint, so going gung-ho at it could result in tears.I found it relatively easy to get going, the glue gun worked well although it left an infinite string of hair width glue that took ages to stop.The results were not great for me. I glued the pull pin on well, but even the slightest pressure from the puller popped it off leaving the dent untouched. I'm not sure if this is user error, I didn't solvent clean the area and it was a stainless steel oven front i hit with a ladder (don't ask!!), but it failed 3 times and I gave up.That said, this is a bit of an art and there's a reason body shops cost so much. If the size of your dent isn't too wide or deep or on a really obvious position, I'd say that you could give this a go. Priced at £30.49 it's a fraction of the cost of one minor repair, but just take your time, do your research and work your way up to the big stuff.

Still to use this but looks good

This is a decent value kit including 66 pieces. It works well and is well made. The instructions are pretty clear and easy to use.It works well at removing small dents.

Very useful, can repair dents easy

I don't have any dents on my car but wanted this kit just in case any dents will happen in the future. From my first impression all the bits and pieces look good to me. Therenis plenty of suction cups, few glue sticks and the tools which help to restore the dented area on the car. The heavy duty tool is impressive as how gently it lifts the defect. I've tried it on basic metal sheet which, in fact, was a much softer than the car's body but that's how I was able to test it out. It does work and the glue helps secure the suction cup on the dent, which will then be pulled up with the dent. This kit sounds pretty easy to use, however it requires patience and precision.I'm happy with this kit.
