Surprisingly good
I was doubtful about this product when I first saw it on Amazon, my main fear was whether a rechargeable device could provide enough heat to actually feel it through my skin, I was wrong! In reality it took just a few minutes to reach full temperature and it did feel nice and toasty to the touch.Controlling the device was simple with just two buttons on the front panel, one for heat and the other for vibration so you can't go far wrong. Each button has three settings and a simple press of either will cycle through the various options. The instructions recommend that you don't place this device on bare skin for obvious reasons, not that it gets hot enough to burn. Of course as soon as it arrived I was eager to try it out, removing it from the packaging revealed what appeared to be a professional medical device, it was certainly well made. It has a hard-shell plastic exterior with two buttons on one side whilst the other has a soft padded velour type feel.I got this to help with lower back pain, something that I experience quite often. I found that after just 5 minutes use the heating function had probably reached it's maximum temperature and I could feel it's warming benefits through my t-shirt which felt really soothing. Turning on the vibration mode as well seemed only to enhance those feelings.Certainly as a device for treating lower back pain it did it's job very well and I think I might be using this quite regularly. It's much safer than squashing a hot water bottle behind my back. As for how long each charge actually lasts it's a bit early to say but I've only charged it once so far so it does seem to last quite well. A nice product which I am sure will give relief for whatever your symptoms.

Great as a heat pad, not really a massager
I got this more for general aches and pains, as I get a lot of lower back pain. The positives are that it heats up quickly, and has three levels. The first level is tolerable against your skin, the others will need a layer of clothing. It feels durable, and the belt keeps it secure. It's certainly more convenient than using a microwave heat pack. The negatives are that it's made of hard plastic that won't conform to your body shape, and it has a tendency to turn itself off without so much as a beep to let you know. Every body is different, so a rigid heat pack isn't going to feel good for everyone. Certainly if you try to use it in other locations (like your neck), you're not going to have a good time. Having it turn off without warning was a bit annoying, but not the end of the world. I didn't like the massage function at all. It was just vibrations, and I found it very distracting rather then helpful. It's a nice enough little device, just not the most comfortable

A really handy little device that my daughter would not be without.
First of all, can I just say that I think this is a great little product? It's got heat functions, it's got vibration functions, you can use it for its intended use or on other areas of the body such as the back of the neck or the shoulders or in fact anywhere it fits…It's just multipurpose and quite good at what it does. So, essentially, it's a rechargeable (and therefore wireless in use) heat pack with vibration function. It's got an adjustable strap and a battery that lasts a reasonable amount of time.My daughter swears by this, it really helps her, it's a really useful little gizmo that does exactly what it's supposed to.

I didn’t see the point in this. It gives heat, but I find a hot water does the same and the vibrating just made the pain worse. This isn’t to say it wouldn’t work for someone else. I don’t think it’s worth the money. But if you want something small and warm on your tummy with a mild vibration during your period pain then this is the thing.

Period Cramp Soother
For the current price of £34.99 I found this product a bit expensive. It is indeed quite stylish, lightweight and the adjustable strap helps to secure it. The rechargeable function is great, battery lasting a reasonable amount of time. Both buttons for heat and vibration have 3 settings so you can customize it to your needs. I did not find the vibration soothing, but the heat was nice enough.
