Great of our Boat
The leather repair strips for boat seats proved to be an excellent solution for quick and effective seat repairs. They provided a durable and aesthetically pleasing fix that lasted throughout the summer season, ensuring our boat seats remained comfortable and visually appealing. Easy Application: The repair strips are incredibly easy to use. They come with a strong adhesive backing, making the application process straightforward. No special tools or expertise are required, which is great for quick, do-it-yourself fixes. Durable Material: Made from high-quality, marine-grade leather, the repair strips are designed to withstand the harsh marine environment. They hold up well against UV rays, saltwater, and regular wear and tear, maintaining their integrity throughout the summer. Seamless Repair: The strips blend well with the existing boat seat material, providing a seamless repair that looks professional. The color options available match most standard boat seat colors, making the repair almost unnoticeable. Comfortable and Functional: Once applied, the repair strips restore the comfort and functionality of the boat seats. They adhere securely and do not peel off easily, ensuring the seats remain comfortable for passengers. Cost-Effective Solution: Compared to replacing the entire boat seat or having professional repairs done, these leather repair strips are a cost-effective alternative. They provide a reliable fix at a fraction of the cost. Temporary and Long-Term Use: While they were intended to get us through the summer, the repair strips have shown potential for longer-term use. Their durability suggests they could hold up well beyond just a temporary fix.

Good quality, easy to apply.
Worked great on my leather office chair. Match was good, easy to apply. So far holding up well after a couple of months. Would buy again.

Thick and feels nice but wrong color
The color is way off from the picture. Should be a forest green is more dull and also is way more distressed look. My chair is closer to the ad picture, you can see the difference in my photos. Update: after receiving my back up of a different brand, this one was way higher quality so I tried to wrap. It was sticky and stretchy and easy to work with. I'm really happy with the result despite the color difference. Still need to reinforce the seems since it's the armrests but looks good! My goal was no scratchy elbows and I think this accomplished that.

Durable and does the job
My husband's vehicle has seen better days and looks like it got into a fight with a werewolf. I have no idea how he has managed to get his car seat to look like this, as *to my knowledge* he is not secretly a werewolf nor are any of this friends. But here we are and while he was content to ignore the progressive trauma being inflicted upon this seat, I felt like there had to be a a better way. I came across this leather tape while researching ways to repair a small tear in my mom's couch and found myself amazed and shocked at the variety of applications for this product. Immediately, I know I'd found something worth trying to remedy our seat situation. It may not be the best-looking fix we could have done, but we are on a budget, and for the cost, I think the outcome turned out pretty darn good overall. It has been about 4 months, and I'm pleased to say that it has held up very well and looks as good today as it did on the day we installed it. The adhesive sticks well and is still going strong. It wasn't difficult to install and I did it on my own but realized that bigger patches were the way to go over larger area rather than trying to cover smaller bits here and there. Overall, very pleased and I recommend this product.

weak adhesive
This is a good product and does what it is intended to do. The adhesive is not that powerful and started coming off after a month or so. I did clean the material with alcohol before I applied it. Still decent product for the money.

Sticks Well
I have a small PU chair and ottoman I bought a few years ago. The material has started flaking off on the arms and seams of the seat. The chair is still sturdy and comfortable, so I was looking for something to extend its life a bit longer. This has worked well. I was tying knee highs around the arms before because the rough texture was irritating my arms. This is sticking well and is smooth. Doesn't quite match the color, but not bad and certainly looks better than knotted knee highs. For the price, it's a good temporary fix.

Good for more than just furniture
My wife has a favorite pair of sandals that needed repair. The insole was wearing out badly but she really hated to give them up. I saw this and decided to try to repair the sandals with it. It worked perfectly! I cut pieces in the shape of the existing insole, cleaned the surface with some isopropyl alcohol (91% dries quickly) and applied the ones I had cut. This product adheres very well, and has not curled or pulled up, even at the edges. The sandals look like they could have been made that way, and should last for at least a couple more years.

Not a permanent solution. Major adhesive issue
I purchased this product to repair a small tear in my driver's side vinyl seat in my 2019 Colorado. The product arrived and was found to be a very nice color match and texture. I thoroughly cleaned and dried the area prior to installation. The patch adhered quite well and I was initially satisfied with application. PROBLEM - After approximately 4 months the edges began to come free and within 6 months the adhesive on the entire patch had failed. I removed the initial patch, re-cleaned and dried the are again and applied a second patch. The adhesive, while sticky, would not remained adhered. Repeated the process a third time using a larger piece of the product and what I've found is the product no longer adheres properly even for a short period of time. After multiple - 3- emails to seller with replies that didn't really address the issue, I got a reply on the 4th email sent that stated " If the patch you have has lost its stickiness, you may consider buying a new one—our products are constantly iterated and upgraded" .. fundamentally acknowledging the material I purchased was deficient and inferior to their latest updated version of this product. With no offer to replace the deficient material, and with only the suggestion to purchase new materiel, I declined. Who in their right mind would? Fool me once ......
