I love how easy I could put it together and the battery was already secure for me loved that for sure! Instructions were very easy to follow, all my parts were secure and packaged well and while building it I gained confidence for the safety of my kid with how sturdy and strong it feels. For a kids toy this is super fun and built well. This was her birthday gift and she loves it! My kid loves helping outside and this made her so happy and wanted to get started on our chicken chore right away. Fresh water in the back ready to go! Thank you!

UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one, it works perfect, I think there must be some wiring issue with the first one.The new one works great and my kids love it.The first couple times we used this I used the remote control to drive it for my son. Figured out that it does not work correctly when the remote is not being used. When the kid uses the peddle to accelerate it goes forward about two feet and then stops. And then there is a lag where the acceleration peddle will not work again. And it has randomly gone rouge and it kept accelerating even when the peddle was not engaged.When I tried to contact the seller that told me to email them and then I have not heard back. Outside the return window so can’t do anything.

The instruction manual is not very clear in general but especially the troubleshooting instructions. According to the manual, there should be a picture diagram of the wire connections but there is no such diagram. There is no power and it is NOT charging. Some of the wire came loose and I don't know where they go or if something is possibly missing, it appears there is. There is also no number to call or information on the web regarding the 'MELLCOM Kids Ride on Tractor' that I can reference. It took me nearly 2 hours to assemble and the thought of disassembling to return it is horrifying. Bought this as a birthday gift for my son, and I'm totally disappointed.

Decent quality, and lots of features. It was bit more "assembly required" that expected, but then again for the price and the lowest shipping cost, I should have expected it to be in the smallest possible box. If you have patience and can read/follow directions, you CAN do it yourself. Basic Tools for assembly are included. I expect to see my 4 year old Grandson get many hours of fun out of this before he out-grows it.

Got this for our son’s birthday and he loves it! It is complicated to put it together but the quality is good and the batter lasts pretty well! I love that it has a trailer to pull behind. My son has his stuffed animals ride in the trailer! Love that it comes with a control so that I can steer while the little one drives!

Bought this for my special needs son - remote control was the selling point. We do not over use this and it's been taken care of. The remote has completely stopped working (yes new batteries).

Both the customer service and the product itself is excellent. Had a few issues with the shipping and the seller resolved it very quickly. Once we got the product and put it together. We were very very pleased with it.!
