Much sturdier than others and EASY to use
I love the electronic up and down buttons. It makes using the sit/stand functionality so easy. I knocked off one star on the sturdiness because when the desk is a couple of inches from my desktop, it tends to "fall" or "drop" back onto my desk. Not sure why that happens but I just make sure my fingers aren't caught anywhere near the desk when it "falls". The operations are otherwise seamless. I use this at my work office (at work not at home).I wanted a sit/standing desk that was electronic and not mechanical. I had inadvertently purchased a mechanical one before purchasing this one and had to return that because it was too difficult for me to push the desk down, when in the UP position. Plus my monitor is 32" with a wobbly stand so I didn't want to mess with the mechanics. This sit/stand desk also looks a lot nicer than what is out there. It has a closed keyboard backing, which I preferred. I would recommend buying this. You do have to plug this desk into an electrical outlet to be able to use the sit/stand features.

Great product; solid construction!
After researching various standing desks, I decided to get one with the electric button for raising/lowering. I chose this one from Stand Steady because of the reviews it had received and the cost was affordable. I have been using this one for approximately a month now and love it! My back has certainly felt better since standing vs. sitting most of the day. Construction seems to be solid, came installed (just a little heavy) and easy to use. Electric motor is very smooth. Raise it with monitor and laptop on top with no issues. Great product!

Works great, very helpful
Love this stand up desk converter! Working as a desktop publisher, my job requires me to sit at a desk more than I'd like. Over the course of time, sitting for so long caused me back and shoulder pain. Within a month of using the stand up desk (rotating every could of hours between standing and sitting) my pains have diminished :) Desk came assembled, just plug it in and your set to go.

So Wanted to Love it!
I was hoping this would be the answer for a price that was affordable. It's very heavy and the delivery person left it at the bottom of the stairs in front of my downstairs neighbor's' apt. so it was a lot to lug it up 33 steps--not sure if that was the company or Amazon Delivery.BUT, VERY EASY to set up! YAY!I used it at surface level sitting and it was fine of course. When raised it to use standing, it bounced. The keyboard shelf has a bounce give of about half an inch or so that makes noise and you can feel it bounce.I tried it with my wrists plastered to the shelf and made sure just my fingers moved but it didn't help..I wrote a message to the seller asking if there was anything I could do or was doing incorrectly they said something like, since I have it set up there is nothing they can do? It comes pre-assembled so I'm not sure what that means but also, they said it will wobble --that there is a small amount of give--in other words I wish I would have known it will bounce when I type and make noise with each key and I would not have purchased it.I've pasted the answer from the seller below.I like it. It will have to do. I wanted to love it for the 250& paid. I found a solution but i wish I didn't need one.I lift the table to the height I need then stabilize it with a yoga block and whatever size book fills in the difference.that works but its a shame something brand new already looks like I am using an old piece of junk I have to shimmy to make work. (see picture)Here's my response from customer service:Thank you for reaching out to us about your FlexPro Power 32"! It is not unusual for there to be a tiny bit of give when the desk is raised and you are placing weight on the keyboard tray area. It is not indicative of the stability of the desk though, which is very sturdy. Unfortunately, since this product is delivered fully assembled there is no course of action I can recommend to tighten or stabilize anything. If you do happen to become concerned that your FlexPro Power is wobbling a little too much then please let us know so we can help to resolve the issue for you! Also, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Roomy and powerful!
Very sturdy and roomy. I'm using this for three monitors on a gas mount setup. I'm probably pushing 50 lbs. Then add my laptop and a cup of coffee and I still have room the spare. The electronic lift works great for all the weight also... i may sound like its struggling a little bit at the bottom, but pushes through and has no issues. Most importantly, I'm able to use my keyboard with room for mousing on the tray. Check the others! The way the keyboard tray is setup, theres no room for a mouse unless you use a tiny keyboard.

No recommend at all
Very disappointed. I bought this stand last week and put it up on my desk yesterday. The up/ down keys worked for 1 minutes and didn’t work anymore . I can’t move the stand up or dawn anymore . I tried to rest the keys per the instructions on the company ‘s website. It’s not working . Also they didn’t include my invoice in the packaging. I will not recommend this product to anyone

Like the push of a button to raise up and ...
Like the push of a button to raise up and to lower. My PT recommended I get a standing desk as I was sitting too much during the day after having total knee replacement. This desk has provided the perfect solution. Would highly recommend. And the installation was simple: take it out of the box, plug it in and go.
