Bought one set of beads and ran out of certain letters with what I was doing, bought a second set! First arrived and the plastic case H area was broken, I taped it up easily. Second arrived and the corner A was broken. Again, taped it up. The beads are nice, light, none broken and all were the same color. I was able to use them and now my daughter has the small plastic cases with them. Great product thank you
