Parts fit. Issue fixed!

This fixed our broken cable issue for our Honda 2008 EX left sliding door. It was a little difficult to get the cables in the motor because the tension is very tight. I thought the cables were not the correct length, but it was a tension issue. You need to engage the springs and hold them tight with the 2 white clips. The best video I found to show this was “Replace Automatic Sliding Door Cable in 3rd Generation Honda Odyssey” by Gabe’s Hacks.It’s been almost a week and the cable and motor is still performing great!

Cables worked great. Not a fun job, but cables worked perfectly!

It's ridiculous to pay $1,500 to a mechanic fix your sliding door, right? After all you can pay just $11 and run a new cable yourself, all you have to do find a couple YouTube videos that will show you how to do it. NO! Do not go that route, save yourself a lot of time, sanity and nerves by purchasing this preassembled kit. I sure wish I had done that in the first place I'm glad I finally learned my lesson.

The listing said it was for our Honda odyssey, but it wasn't
