Well made, and sturdy.
Smaller size is easy to install with just one person, but larger sizes will need some help. It's a nice, hard polycarbonate, and gives just that bit of coverage over the doorway. I am happy with my purchases.

This solid durable clear plastic canopy is attractive and did the trick!
It was the last straw for me when after several seasons of small doves nesting upon a patio light under an aluminum canopy and raising their hatchlings.. Then a Robin took over their ready made nest. The Robins were extremely bold and vicious toward our family, even though we did not bother them at all, but simply attempted to enter and exit our home, via that side door. They had dive-bombed us in unison, simultaneously heading straight for our eyes and faces at a high-rate of speed, tucking their wings in tightly to gain velocity. It was like that Alfred Hitchcock movie - 'The Birds' ! They were absolutely hell-bent on wreaking injury to us, as we were flailing our arms around, trying to avoid the constant ambush attacks. I finally broke down and tried to figure out what I could utilize as a shroud over the patio light, such as a piece of galvanized steel coil stock or some other slippery material on a steep angle so that birds couldn't get a good foothold to build their nest. Fortunately, I had discovered this clear plastic canopy, and I ordered a short piece of it for my purpose. I drilled two new screw holes just under the existing factory made holes, and fastened it into the brick mortar grout joints with plastic drop-in anchors. I used small stainless steel washers on the anchor screws for additional support of the plastic canopy. I didn't screw it in tightly, but just enough to let it sag to create an ample amount of angle to dissuade the birds from setting up shop. So far it works splendidly, and I am quite pleased as it is attractive and it did the trick for this somewhat unorthodox use. I subsequently set up a bird house for them to nest in this spring, so it's a win win situation for everyone!

Brightens everything and protects.
I bought this to replace an old metal awning over my kitchen window. I love it. It not only keeps the rain from pelting my window but allows sunlight into my kitchen and also to my plants. Very nice looking too.

Makes life with a pet SO much easier, and worry free.
Review for installation through and in an exterior wall. This device has been a real life-changer because it has allowed me to both sleep through the night, and saved me from having to get up and go down the stairs with a painful back condition. Before I had this device, my dog would wake me at least once a night, and sometimes up to 3 times a night to let him out. After waking, I would have to wait 5 min or more until he was done, and then sometimes I could not get back to sleep. Now I sleep through the night and my dog can come and go to the backyard to do his business or just get fresh air as he pleases. I dont have to worry about him being inside the house if I have to be away for many hours since he can go outside when he wants. When I first got the door, I decided to hire a local handyman to install it. It was a rainy night when he came, and by the time he supposedly finished, it was dark outside so I could not really inspect his work. As it turned out I came to realize he did not read the installation instructions that you should measure the height to the bottom of your dogs chest when standing to determine where the bottom of the door should be placed in a wall. In other words the door was placed a bit too low, although this turned out OK as I will describe later. The first photos shows what the door looked like after he installed it. The outside cutout from the exterior wall did not align with the inside cut out. The optional accessory tunnel was not connected and was misaligned between the inside doggie door, and the exterior portion of the door. So even though I am not particular handy, I decided based on the poor job the handyman did, I could improve what he did.I essentially enlarged and better aligned the inside and outside cutouts so that the optional tunnel was closely (although not perfected aligned. I used expanding foam to fill the wall around the cutouts in the inside of the wall in which the door was installed. One aspect of the door that I was not pleased about was that when installed in a wall, there is essentially a 4-8" (dependent on the thickness of the wall it is installed in) rectangular cave in the exterior wall. On the night it was installed it was raining and some rain literally came directly from the sky into the interior of the house. In order to address this, I ordered some thick plastic sheeting used to cover tabletops and cut out a rectangular piece to hang and cover the exterior entrance to the door to help further insulate the entrance, and present water getting into the door and the interior house. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C7482GWN?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1Lastly I ordered an acrylic cover for the doggie door to again block ran from getting inside, and installed it above the doggie door. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CHFC1K68?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1I mentioned that the handyman had not measured the height of my dogs chest to place the door correctly. Fortunately the door opens tall enough that my dog is still about to go through without problem. The door has been working flawlessly for over a month and I could not be more thrilled with it.

Need two people to install this.
I paid for a custom order expecting it to be one piece but, it came in two pieces and did not have the self adhesive tape for it to help hold it up while putting in the bolts. Need two people to get it in place to attach it to your building. Once up it does look good.

Excellent and sleek
Used to protect basement windows from occasional rain seeping into windows. This does the trick and is very aesthetically pleasing, I only hope it does not yellow or get cloudy over time.
