Well arrived today, not new, no USB box damaged as per photos, even the instruction booklet was turned up at the edges.Came well packed so quite obviously was just packed by someone who doesn't care at all.Refund doesn't make up for the watch, totally a con.Obviously from TJC a TV retailer, if this is your standards I will definitely not purchase from your company again.I would honestly love someone from TJC to try and justify sending a product out like this, appalling.
