I've used this a few times now, not just for picnics but also when I'm travelling long distance and don't want those service-station meals that knock out your concentration on the road. I connect it for 20-30mins mins to the car's cigarette lighter and that's normally enough. Healthy home-cooked food served warm when you are out and about in the car - so satisfying! I've also used it on a long-distant train journey in Bulgaria to warm up some patties (kufte) when there was no other chance of hot food. Everyone who sees it wants one! I would especially recommend it for anyone who has a food allergy and needs to be sure what's gone into their food.

Was sick of using the microwave to heat up my dinner at work as we don't have a cooker. This lunch box is brilliant. Depends on what you want to heat up, food can take 20 - 30 mins. I put this on and by my lunch time my food is hot. It's easy to use and I love it. Not used it in the car yet but would if I needed to. Be warned that it does get hot on the bottom as the heating element is there, but it doesn't do any damage.

Fantastic. I work out and about and having a warm lunch from home saves me money and avoid unhealthy options. Heats up quickly and a good size compartment for food. I have also used it for salads. And the tin inner compartment keeps everything cool. I left it in the fridge overnight warm it up using the car charger included.

Cooking facilities have gone down in our gatehouse, so going to cook my dinner in my nice new gadget. DOES NOT WORK!! Lamp indicator works though. Definitely not happy.
