This Conklin is gorgeous! Conklin pens take Parker gel refills, my favorite. Well made and durable. The gold and blue are lovely together.

Very nice pen. Writes very well

The clip spring and resin barrel are excellent, but the pen's tip and clip bar, which looks like metal, is plastic. Also, the inside of the metal-like tip of this pen makes me regret me buying this. The Conklin has to make the inner paint could be better. Still, this would be good for those who want a fountain pen-style ballpoint pen.

The balance and proportions are excellent. The refill used is marked Conklin on the tube and is smooth, easy flowing. Their new colours glow so the pen in hand attracts.
