Those latest 1 star reviews are probably faked, or at least done by people lacking in taste buds. It’s not possible to compare these capsules to original Nespresso pricey capsules and give one star. I have been using these for over a year. Excellent CREMA, excellent TASTE, excellent AROMA. Wow. I have found a new product with OUTSTANDING customer service. I have been trying various companies with Nespresso original line compatible capsules to replace the pricey Nespresso capsules. Recently I came across Cafe Joe for the first time. Ordered a sampler collection, then tried a more limited sampler with higher intensity. I have finally at Cafe Joe's CUBA brand. Delicious, great aroma while brewing and nice crema. Customer service is fantastic as I recently received some leaky capsules, they explained they had had a packing issue but it was taken care of and went above and beyond replacing my order. I will continue to buy from this company..

Without a doubt, the worst coffee I have ever had. I was looking for a replacement for the genuine Nespresso Cubinato, which is awesome and no longer available (sleeves of 10 available for about $100 US on Amazon). This is the worst of the replacements I found. Much better, but not at all as good as Nespresso, is "latin Espresso" brand "Gourmet Cubinato". I *may* buy from them again, but will probably wait for Nespresso to re-issue. Good luck. The coffee was very bitter and had no depth. Yes, I like my ristrettos and level 9+ robust coffees very much, thank you. This was simply beyond awful. I tried three capsules with different settings, and will be throwing away the other 37 capsules. Ugh.

Awesome coffee! Pods fit perfectly in the Nespresso machine and make a nice thick crema. The coffee was very rich and flavorful. I love authentic Cuban coffee and this is as close as you'll get to it. Even beats the original Nespresso "Cafecito de Cuba" .... not to mention the price. In my opinion, these are the best compatible Nespresso pods. Don't hesitate to try these. I will definitely be back for more. Thank you, Cafe Joe! after 10 years as an Espresso customer with three machines, I think I have tried just about all their varieties. this is the first time I have ever ordered an off brand pod. good news... it's a pleasant and smooth coffee, not bitter or acidic. not so good news, no way can it be termed intense, which was what I was looking for. Nespresso pods such as Roma or Indrya, no longer available, offer a much more intense flavor. these pods also tend to stick slightly when you eject them, but not enough. for the very small price difference, doubt I would order again. I don't mean this as a negative review, just the facts as I see them.

I’d give it FIVE STARS based on taste but I am concerned about how it is handled and delivered. The plastic bag had coffee grounds in it and the boxes were covered in grounds. I opened three boxes as shown and pods were damaged and coffee spilled and free of the pods. Not sure how many of the pods will be useable but I cannot return the item. Back to update this review. Have drank all the coffee and it is excellent. I will be ordering more. Most of the pods were not damaged, about 5 in a order of 100. But packaging may need a bit more attention. I was not aware that this was an Israeli company. My order arrived about a week prior to a family pilgrimage to Israel. I saw a few Cafe Joe stores but never connected my order back home and the Israeli cafes. Got home and saw the Hebrew writing on the boxes. Added benefit of this coffee is now as I enjoy the coffee I can reminiscence about what a great trip my family had and the wonderful people we met. Shalom.

Doesn't work in my Nespresso Pixie. Just spews all the water into the empty pod reservoir and I get a few drops of brown water with coffee grounds. BUT, after contacting Cafe Joe, they fixed the problem with the most generous solution. I won't even say what they did here because it was so above an beyond what was expected. These work great in everything but a Pixie and flavor is great. I ordered more.

The taste of the coffee is actually quite good, but the problem is the flaw in the design of the pods. They are really not "compatible" with the Nespresso Inissia machine. The pods get stuck in the machine, at times only a few drops of coffee come out, and once it even made water leak all over the counter from the machine. So, basically, they are useless and definitely NOT a good deal considering the number of pods that have to be thrown out due to defective design. To make things even worse, they don't accept returns. Although, Amazon, with its great customer service, refunded the money. I will never again make the mistake of ordering anything but the original Nespresso pods.
