Does exactly what it is supposed to for a much lower price than others
These are very nice funnels for less than half the cost of some other brands. I like that these are silver colored rather than black - it makes it easier to see any coffee grinds that might be stuck on the funnel sides. Someone complained that the magnets are weak - for me, the magnets have just the right strength. They hold on well enough for me to do everything I need to do - I can WDT without any problem (the magnets are strong enough to grab my WDT needles if I get too close to the edge but weak enough to allow the needles to escape easily). I the magnets are weak enough that I can easily remove it from the basket without and jerks or vibrations to disturb the coffee grounds. I'd say it is the perfect amount of magnetism. These align to the outside rim of the basket so there is nothing poking down into the basket to disrupt the coffee along the sides of the basket. FIT: I bought both the 58mm and 54mm funnels because I have a few different brands of espresso machines. The 58mm fits every 58mm filter basket I own (VST, IMS, Gaggia and several random baskets from various espresso parts suppliers). The 54mm fits my baskets that were designed for machines like Saeco and Starbucks etc. But was just a hair too small to fit my La Spaziale stock baskets and also my IMS baskets for La Spaziale. Those La Spaziale baskets have a very wide, curved rim. I do not own any Breville machines so I cannot comment on how the 54mm fits a Breville or other brand basket. NOTE: I used some hand tools to enlarge the seating area of the 54mm funnel and now it works perfectly with my La Spaziale baskets. I'm pretty handy with tools and it was a fair bit of work -- but I don't know if anyone makes a funnel that will fit a La Spaziale basket so it was worth it to me to end up with a perfectly fitting dosing funnel. Remember that was just the 54mm funnel and my specific brand of basket --- I had no issue at all with the 58mm funnel. The 58mm funnel fit every 58mm basket I own.

Espresso Essential On A Budget
As a coffee lover who values quality but sticks to a budget, I’m always hunting for affordable products that perform as well as pricier brand-name options. This dosing funnel is a fantastic find, delivering solid quality at a price that doesn’t break the bank. Straight away, I was impressed by its sturdy build. For such a low-cost item, it feels durable and well-made, like it’s built to last through daily use. I’ve been using it regularly with no signs of wear, which is a testament to its craftsmanship. The funnel works perfectly with both the stock portafilter on my Breville Bambino Plus and a budget bottomless portafilter. It fits securely, keeping coffee grounds contained during dosing and tamping. I haven’t tried a high-end funnel for comparison, but this one performs so well that I can’t imagine needing anything better. The magnet strength is spot-on—strong enough to hold the funnel in place but not so powerful that it pulls grounds out when removed. This thoughtful design prevents messes and makes the process smooth. This dosing funnel is a great value. It’s affordable, reliable, and makes coffee prep cleaner and easier.

Works great
Does what it is supposed to. I'm less concerned about my wdt tool throwing grounds everywhere with this on my Gemilai portafilter. Fits perfectly. Stays in place. I'm able to use my distribution tool with the funnel in place, so again less likely to lose coffee. Very pleased.no need to spend more for something like this.

Perfect fit for my Flair 58 portafilter
Economical option, nice and solid. Would recommend to others without reservation. Wish the magnets were just a tad stronger, but that may be more a testimony to my own clumsiness than any oversight on the manufacturer's part.

Must buy
Like most home coffee grinders, my device is not a coffee-shop grade in that it has a piece to hold your espresso basket to load the fresh grounds. This fits perfectly on top of the basket while I pour in the ground espresso and keeps grounds from going everywhere. The weight is nice, feels like a decent quality. If you have trouble getting ground espresso everywhere, definitely give it a shot.

Expresso Funnel
When we removed the funnel we noticed that 4 of the magnet had fallen off and fallen into the protafilter. Luckily we noticed this prior to brewing our expresso. This could have caused damaged to our expresso machine or we could have digested the magnets. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS AND DANGEROUS ISSUE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT.

Good addition for rabbit hole
If you go down the rabbit hole with espresso, you will need this. Fits gaggia portafilters perfectly and is strong hold for you to use WDT tool and tamp. Must buy and not expensive. Should last forever.

good for puck prep without leaving gap but weak magnets
Gets the job done at serving as a dosing funnel without leaving a gap on the inside, which is why I bought it, but the magnets are super weak and can fall off easily. Very light, doesn’t feel super high quality. But it was very affordable and does get the job done, does manage to stay attached while using my WDT. It just doesn’t feel as luxurious to use, which is something I enjoy about my other espresso tools. Would give it a 3.5 stars if I could. Edit to add: espresso does often get on the underside due to the weakness of the magnets, which can create a small but manageable amount of grounds on the counter. Not a big deal unless you know it is something that would bother you
