Very nice salt to use in the bath. It healed minor skin cracks which appeared while outside in the cold without gloves. It is very relaxing.

I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome, and my joints tend to painfully subluxate when I walk for even short distances. I did a several hour walk today and could barely use my hips to lift my legs up the stairs home after. My partner drew me a bath and added these salts, and I was shocked at how fast the burning pain in my joints went away! While my body is still very tired, I have full use of my joints again, just feeling heaviness instead of burning pain. I am so impressed with how well these salts helped my body!!
