At first I thought of sending this back, the instructions didn’t really give enough info of how to use it. But, after I evaluated how it was designed to work, I was able to get it setup where it was a very easy tool to use and it worked fully to my need. I would definitely recommend it to others. Make sure you get a flattener router bit if that is what you intend to use it for.

For the money, it's not horrible; however, don't expect it to be easy to use. Modifying the width, ans height is a pain and takes a while. Then even if it's tight it has the possibility to slip. When using on a resin slab, there is a lot or build up in the tracks that gets packed in there tight. This causes you to not be able to move the sled until you clean out the channel.For me, I'd probably look a different route in the future for a new one.

Settings do not stay set ! The vibration from the router caused the adjustment knobs to spin. Some tighten and some loosen. After realizing that the the adjustments were creeping, I taped the adjacent nobs to each other to avoid movement. Also, the slots that the router plate slides in get filled with chips and need to be watched, cleared, before the saw dust packs tightly.

I needed one to smooth out table tops that I was making. It is easy to put together and set up. Works as described and a great addition to the shop.

Husband used this to make a coffee table. Once everthing was finally set up right, it worked well. He had to so a bit of reinforcing because it is a bit wobbly in his opinion.

I’m giving this product 5 stars it is very sturdy and well made. It went together nicely until you add the long rails then it to a bit of time to properly dial in one that is done it glides very smoothly. This my first router sled so time will tell so far I’m happy and at this price point very affordable.

It is not sturdy enough to take the vibrations of the router. Super difficult to setup and adjust I will be returning because it slipped and messed up a $700 slab.
