The media could not be loaded. For my first mp3, it’s very easy and simple to use! It was a little difficult to figure out how to get it to connect to my MacBook because I could not find the USB (it was untitled) but i just needed to turn it off and let it stay on the usb screen. It’s definitely worth the money since the quality is amazing. Moving to different “tabs” is quick with no delays and the battery life is awesome. It comes with everything- headphones, charger/usb plug thingy, and obv the mp3 with instructions. If you’re having a difficult time, watch a TikTok on it. It does support iTunes!! (idk if it’s the iTunes you buy or download thru mp3 websites)

It is so easy to download mp3 music and lots of other features inside this MP3 player. So compact and slim, easy to put on my pocket. Very trendy color and design. My son loves using this MP3 player I use it mostly to listen to his favorite music.

I don't consider myself tech savvy, but getting music on this HAS to be easier than what I'm going through with this. It doesn't support itunes, doesn't support amazon music, other options have knock off songs. Instructions are minimal. If I still have the option to return, its going back.

Good MP3 Player, but the description is wrong.This media player will only support and play MP3 files, not any of the other file formats listed.Other than that, solid MP3 player with a large memory and good audio quality.

This would be a great deal....if it worked. It did at first, but the screen went out after a few days. Very disappointing.

The media could not be loaded. Had been looking for a good mp3 player for my music since that's all I really use my phone for and it's spectacular, comes with the promised 64gb card (that I'll see if it can be swapprd for something bigger) and the charger + earbuds, now the earbuds aren't the best, one ear works stronger than the other and they're uncomfortable for me but hey I won't complain, and the charger works great for charging and sending music over, the player also downloads songs really quickly which is awesome also it has speakers on the outside which I didn't expect, not the best but they do the job. Overall I say it's a great option for younger people to get a new player with plenty of space and easy usability overall a great purchase, will buy more for my other playlists!!

Listen, I thought the other negative reviews were just Karens, but turns out, this thing works sometimes-but 80% of the time it goes robot, or goes into like, super slow-mo sound, then freezes. The radio part has never worked. It's cheap, and it reflects in the playback quality. Spend $10 more bucks and buy a reputable brand.
