I am using Waaree Solar Panel since 2019. When I was working with Sunmoksh, we bought 70.5 kWp polycrystalline panel. We also do performance testing and match the result with the module data sheet which was perfect.Now I have started my own startup company and for a demo ongrid Rooftop project at my personal home I had to buy 4 nos, 545Wp modules. First, we ordered 2 models, out of which one panel was damaged. When I complained on Amazon, they told me that both your panels will be picked up and the company will check and send you the new panel again. Meanwhile the price of the panel also increased, so I was afraid that Waaree might refund my money instead of replacing new panel. I was not able to understand what to do. Meanwhile, I got a call from Waaree Energy and they took my matter on priority and sent a new panel in place of the damaged panel.As a solar design engineer I would highly recommend Waaree solar modules. You will get the same module efficiency as the company claims. Many many thanks to Waaree energy.

Hi, recently I bought 4 nos of 545 mono perc panel and the product quality is excellent.. Power generation of the panel is so good even on cloudy weather, here the waaree fulfilled the customer expectations..then why not to appreciate, waaree has the sales team (Ms.Priya), she gave me the good guidance about the product and delivery . They are misleading customers
I have purchased product from waareee and at the purchase time they says it's DCR panel and after delivery says this are Non DCR panels they also not clear talk with customersPlease don't buy buy from your local vendors they provide you subsidy panelsSupport is to third class and they don't provide and support to customersThis are Non DCR panels
