Sometimes I just mix it with water or a protein shake, but I also like adding it to juice if I want something sweeter. It seems like it's working fine, as Creatine Monohydrates are meant to work. My only issue, or really comment, is the amount of water you take with the product. Just 4 ounces of water to mix with seems ridiculously small, but maybe it's just my inexperience with supplements. Otherwise, it's a good product.
