Seasonings Mix for Greek Moussaka 50g

Very authentic Greek flavour using only simple spices! I've tried to recreate a Veggie Mousakka for a while, but just couldn't get the right flavours. Then I came across this, had to try it, I was not disappointed! You get quite alot too, so will last us for a while.

What can I say, after eating Greek food for many years and visiting santorini, this has got to be one of the best tasting mousakkas I’ve had. So authentic and full of flavour. Will definitely buy again

Yum! Made a delicious veggie moussaka with this, it took me right back to my previous holidays to Cyprus and the Greek Islands... Googled a recipe and added half a tsp for every 500g of ingredients (which for me was a combination of potatoes, courgettes, peppers and lentils) then made a roux sauce with olive oil, an egg, milk and a generous sprinkle of nutmeg. I'm making another lot this week and hoping to actually freeze some...

I have recently become hooked on an M&S Moussaka and thought I should try making my own, it was okay but I didn't feel it had quite the flavour for which I was hoping. One plus, though, it is more strongly flavoured than I expected, so you don't need much. Shall continue using it, but slightly disappointed.

I bought this as a standby as I usually mix my own up, this was for emergencies. You don't get alot but it tastes good. 50gms doesn't go very far but just incase I run out of usual herbs. I would buy again as arrives fairly soon.
