I picked up this brush set a year ago, and it’s been a reliable entry point into the hobby. The range of brush sizes covers most basic needs, from basecoats to fine detailing, and the bristles have held their shape reasonably well with consistent use. Like most budget-friendly options, they do require careful cleaning and proper storage to extend their lifespan—one brush was lost early on due to poor cleaning on my part. Overall, they’re still serving me well for miniatures and are a good value option for beginners or hobbyists looking for an affordable set. #frostandforge

I think for price. They’re okay. There are obviously better brushes out there. However these do the job as advertised. Good handle, easy to use and hold sufficient paint. However the tips can be trick to keep together when detailing those finer areas.

What a great little brush set for very fine and detailed work. I purchased a painting by numbers kit but did not realise how small some areas were, the brushes supplied with the kit were too big to use in the tiny areas so I purchased this set of fine brushes and they have given me back the desire to continue painting this very detailed painting. I have so far only needed to use the finest brush as I would like to get the very fine areas painted first so the brush has been used for a few different colours but in multiple areas and so far the brush has withstood all the cleaning it has been put through without shedding at all. The handles are also comfortable and allow you to grip the brush comfortably. I feel the price of this brush set - under £5 - is fantastic value that even if they did fall apart after finishing the painting I would still feel they are great value but I do think they will last for quite a long time.

Brilliant for my painting Easy to clean

I bought these to paint Warhammer figures with my son. This is a perfect set with a good range of sizes to handle all the details.

They are what they say they are. Fine paintbrushes, although they are a little bit soft for my liking but the variety of sizes means the smallest one is good for detailing. The brush handles are also nice to hold and use.

Very fine. No shredding so far. Bristles good. Bought for miniature watercolour work. Very satisfied.
