I can't use it on my upper back because it's painful when the balls rub on my shoulder blades and spine. It could use some extra material to make the balls a little bit softer feeling. Good for lower back. The heat is nice. I wish it didn't shut off after only 15 minutes.

I received this massager as a gift in late 2023. I did enjoy the deep massage and heat it provided. However over time the cover developed several tears over the rollers. I have no doubt that my extensive usage contributed to these tears. The manual shows that the product has a 1 year warranty. I ATTEMPTED to contact the company to explore options thinking that I would purchase a replacement cover myself. I had no luck contacting Zebra Tech Group through the Amazon site. I contacted Amazon customer service and was told me that there was nothing Amazon could do to help me since the return window had closed. The Amazon tech provided me contact info for Zebra which I had already tried. The tech put me on hold and tried himself with no luck. In conclusion I received a full refund from Amazon for my purchase. I also had the cover wear through (do you notice a trend here). Again I have no doubt in my mind my usage contributed mightily to the wearing. I conacted Zyllion and told them of my problem and also told them the warranty had no doubt expired because I bought the massager nearly 2 years prior. The representative said that they would replace the cover at no charge. I pointed out that the warranty had expired and he said no matter they stood firmly behind their products. I'm going to the Zyllion site to purchase a new massager

If you buy it you won't regret it. I absolutely love this massager. I love that it heats up, can be used as an all body massage, that you change change the intensity, and change the massage rotation. It has a lot of massaging power and even on the lowest setting it's powerful. It really kneads out any knots in my neck and back. I always feel better after using this massager. It's very simple to use and it's small enough you can move it easily and take it to different places to use in your house. I will probably even take it with me on long road trips. I definitely don't regret buying this massager.
