Very nice but not allowed in my daughter's gymnastics class. They want to "toughen up" their hands

It helps the alignment with my wrist. I would always have numbness when I lift weights, but since using this, I can tolerate lifting more weight. And no more calluses.

. The reason for the 3 stars is they were to big for my daughter. These are definitely for adults and not kids...my daughter is 11years old and is a gymnast,,, very good quality gloves but wrong size😳

These were too big for me, but may work just fine for someone else with larger hands (I typically wear kids sizes). Wore them in a mud run and looking back, tight-fitting gloves might have worked better.

These seem to be very nice quality, but I had to return them because the finger holes were so large that my calluses would not have been protected.

These hand grips worked great for my pull-ups and bar work. They kept my calluses from ripping open. I would recommend these if you are trying to prevent ripping callouses or just using them for a gymnastics training day!

These were purchased for my Granddaughter. These were just the right gloves.

I'm confused. I've bought a few pairs and I dint know which texture is INTENDED to be on the inside or out. The pairs I've received are different and the various pics on the product site show some in and some out. Wearing these on a flying trapeze I want to have the proper grip in contact with the bar!

The hand grips are defective. The velcro is on the opposite side! (Suede on the outside and leather against hand).
