These Helped Me A Lot
This product works. I've been dealing with perimenopause for a while now and I can say this this works! I've tried some many things for the hot flashes and night sweats only to have little to no results. BUT THIS!! YES!! After the first try, I felt better. I still had the hot flashes, but it wasn't happening as frequently, and I slept. I mean real sleep. I didn't wake up in a pool of sweat but just a mist or none at all. I can not say enough good things about this product!! First off I am on my 3rd bottle and my major hot flashes I had are almost gone!! It took me getting to the 3rd bottle though to see the results. Also I love how it makes me feel awake and alert! I feel my best when I take this. Also my sugar cravings have gone down which I thought was really interesting. I'm not bloated anymore. OMG! I can sleep!
This product is great. I’ve tried many different highly recommended brands, this one is unbelievable truly works for me.I take one in the morning one at night within three weeks. I went from sleeping 4 hours to 6 to 8 hours per night. I noticed I started losing inches and then I started losing weight within three months,I then looked up all the ingredients and realized that this can help you lose weight as well, but the more sleep you get you also burn more calories.After a month, I noticed I had more energy maybe from sleeping more!
