Mr. Coffee Prima Latte Luxe, Single/Double Shot Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte Machine with Optimized Frother and Convenient One-Touch Control Panel

I bought this coffee maker 3 months from this review. It was important to have time using this machine before writing meaningful and significant feedback.I have had a cappuccino machine from various makers over the last 40 years. I keep returning to Mr. coffee products. For the price point, this machine is without any doubt fantastic! This is the best maker I have owned. For the most part, it is used daily. The product is of exceptional quality.The Prima Latte Luxe is easy to prepare, use and clean. The proportions of expresso to milk are on the mark.Like any other product there are a few negatives but very minor but the pros by a wide margin outweigh those cons.

Update: Machine stopped turning on early September. Their customer service is extremely slow in answering any communication. They sent us a return label for the machine and once we sent it back they sent us "a replacement". The replacement they provided was a cheap $180 machine. Extremely disappointed. We are continuing to contact them to get this resolved but it's beyond painful. We had a manual old-school espresso machine for longer than I'd like to admit, because it makes me feel old, but let me tell you this thing is great! Easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a great cappuccino. Want extra milk, there's a button for that! Extra espresso? There's a button for that too!

Been purchased for a week and use it everyday. Love Mr.Coffee espresso machine. It’s easy to use and it makes tasty latte and cappuccino. The milk frother works great. Cleaning is easy too. I don’t like complicated machine. This is the best one for a lazy coffee lover like me.

The height of the platform for different size cups is easy to adjust and it accommodates large cups or glasses. One drawback is that it takes a few minutes to warm up before it will operate and it only stays on about 15 minutes before it automatically shuts down when not used and then you must again wait for it to heat up from scratch to make more coffee. The other similar model is half the price and works just as well.

I was really excited to receive this machine. Backstory, this is the third machine in the Mr. coffee barista series we have purchased and also the most expensive. Unfortunately although the coffee tastes great it’s simply not hot enough. I sent the original machine back and was sent a brand new one. Unfortunately, it was the same situation. So now after spending additional money, every time I make a latte I have to take it to the microwave and warm it up which is somewhat frustrating. I reached out to Support after the second unit did the same thing. And was told sorry then we’ll just give you a refund.Rather disappointed I’ve been a Mr. coffee fan for about 12 years and this is probably the end of our relationship.

I like my coffee HOT, and this makes luke warm cappuccinos. The milk barely heats up. The frother has been touch and go since day 32 of owning this machine. We followed cleaning instructions but to no avail, it is inconsistent with frothing. Just ordered a Smeg and keeping my fingers crossed.

Works very well

I ordered this coffee maker because of the milk frothing feature that this has. I like that this coffee pot has a reservoir that holds milk or creamer that can be detached from the machine. This features allow me to fill the milk reservoir use it and then store it in the refrigerator after use. The machine has a self cleaning feature that allows the nozzle to be rinsed out on the machine. The drinks I have made with this are pretty good but I would not put them on par with drinks made in a coffee shop. Overall I am happy with the machine.
