Overall, this is a nice wheel. The ball doesn't fall into a slot until the wheel stops spinning. Considering buying an ivory ball to see if that one will find its way into a slot before the wheel stops spinning, purchased for family to play so not a returnable reason for me.

Not sure if I got a bad one but not even close to professional quality. Mine makes a loud clicking noise and the wheel scrapes the side. I expected it to be better made for the money. Very disappointed in my purchase, no way to contact seller to discuss. Going to contact Amazon for refund
