I have used oils on my face for years, usually expensive options for the high-end skincare and makeup store. This is hand's down one of my favorite options. The oil has a powerhouse blend of oils for skin clarity and soothing. This is effective for preventing post-shave irritation, as advertised, but also for overall improved skin condition and for calming irritation after using exfoliants or minimially invasive skincare procedures. It's also incredibly priced for what you're getting. Very happy with this product and will continue to repurchase.

Listen, when it comes to Leaf products, they know what they are doing. Check out the ingredients. All natural. When I am done with using my Leaf razor, I always apply this calming serum. Works every time. Has a tea tree oil scent.

I have been shaving my head for years and my biggest struggles with shaving my head have been razor bumps after shave and a very oily scalp especially after using after shave balms. I thought to give Leaf Calming Serum a try. I was hesitant because this product didn't have many reviews like other popular one but I decided to give it a try. All I can say is I wished I had tried sooner. Not only does it calm the irritation after shave but it's the only product so far that has not made my skin very oily like the other ones I have used so far. And on top of that, this product is made with a lot of oils that are beneficial to the skin, as I always worry about putting other after shave due to not knowing exactly how the skin absorbs all those ingredients and the long term effects, even though I only buy the ones with natural ingredients and not with all the chemicals. I can only trust that the ingredients of Leaf are what they say they are but so far I am extremely happy with it.

I've tried a lot of different shaving balms and after-shave products; some are heavy on alcohol and sting when applied, while others contain a lot of moisturizer but don't do much to cool my shaved scalp. This calming serum feels different than anything else I've tried before, and I like how it feels on my freshly shaved scalp. I don't know what it is about the ingredients that makes it feel so luxurious, but it's a nice way to finish a head shave.

This Leaf Shave Calming Serum is really nice. I like the scent. I have allergies and get bothered easily by a lot of perfumes, colognes, candles, etc. Not the case with this Calming Serum, though! The scent isn't overpowering at all. Having used pre-shave oils and beard oils before, I expected this Leaf Calming Serum to be very oily... but that's not the case either. Yes, it is a little oily when you first put it in your hands, but it rubs into your skin nicely and does not leave an oily mess. I'll likely use this after shaving, particularly on my neck, but I'll also use it as a beard oil to keep stray hairs down. For me, the only real issue with this product is the price. Currently listed at $25, I would never be able to justify buying this. As far as calming redness and soothing irritation, a trusty alum block works just as good for me, if not better, at a fraction of the cost.

Leaf post-shave serum is fantastic. Every day after I shave, I use this serum, and my face feels smooth without any irritation throughout the day.
