Great item come vacuum packed so Fits through letterbox ,open up takes shape in 5-10 mins ,really great memory foam ,super comfy

I bought this because I tend to nod off after eating my lunch!I then find I get a crick in my neck from the awkward angle my head has bent!I dont do this now because I have this comfy neck pillow, And strangely I find I dont nod off now either!

There is a problem with the advice attached to the product. It stated that the pillows would expand to full size within 15-30 minutes when unpacked - it actually took nearly 7 DAYS for them to become useable, so not an ideal last-minute purchase before flying!

It's OK - a bit hard and heavy. I sometimes use it when I read in bed to prevent my neck lolling if I nod off.It can also make my neck very hot.Also disappointed to discover that I could have bought one cheaper in the high street.
