The necklace broke after just three months. I contacted Amazon and was told the seller would be sending me a return label for a refund but never received anything. I lost the charm (I was out of town and could not stick around long enough to search for it). So disappointed that it broken AND the seller did not stand by the item.

Had to return because it was too short for me... likely my fault. However, it was returned and credited VERY promptly -def. will be ordering again (in the right size this time) from this company. If the right size is as good as the service, 5 stars for sure.

Product is much finer than illustrated. I probably would not have ordered it. But not worth the trouble of sending it back.

This chain is gorgeous. Better than I was expecting to be honest. It is very well made, good quality. A huge bonus was that it was delivered really quickly. It came a couple of days before the expected delivery date.

Necklace

I was thrilled with this chain at first because of the price and how sturdy it looked. A few weeks after I received it I noticed a dark green line around my neck. I stoped wearing the chain for a while and sure enough I stopped seeing the line. I washed the chain in a delicate gold jewelry solution hoping that there was some kind of polish or residue that was causing my skin discoloration. A day or so after putting the chain back on, my neck started turning green again. I tried to ignore it, I tried to convince myself that I was paranoid and I was imagining it. My coworkers confirmed that it wasn’t my imagination and the chain was turning my skin green. I have really sensitive skin so I try to be very careful about what a wear. I’m also really careful with my jewelry; I don’t shower or swim with it, I don’t sleep with it, I don’t workout with it, if I spray perfume or use lotion I’ll take it off. The fact that this chain is turning my neck green means there’s probably a lot of copper mixed into it, which there shouldn’t be if it was 10k. I took the chain to a jewelry repair place where they weighed it and said it was a bit lighter than a 10k chain like this should be and that they would guess it was NOT true 10k. I’m really disappointed and definitely will NOT be buying anything else from this seller in the future. I was lured in by the cheap price but I guess you get what you pay for.

I just had a teardrop peace pendant made and it is a little heavier than your usual pendant, so I needed a good chain. I like the quality of this.

Very beautiful chain. Unfortunately it broke pretty fast and I lost my pendant. It's very delicate. Wear with caution
