I’ve taken multivitamins for many decades now, and to be honest my body really can’t tell the difference between them. I mostly take them to make sure I’m getting the various vitamins that my body requires and look to the ingredient list to satisfy that requirement. These capsules have all the standard vitamins that most other multivitamins have, but they also have a little ginseng and a fruit & vegetable blend. The capsules are easy to swallow and they have not upset my stomach. They basically don't have any flavor to them when I swallow them, which is a good thing in my book.The bottle did not have a seal around the lid, but the top of the jar did have a seal. The cap is also a child proof cap. Inside there was a wad of cotton to protect the capsules and a moisture pack to keep the capsules safe.

I ordered these vitamins because of the content, which has a very good variety inside. These vitamins are a daily, and there are B vitamins, iron, zinc, CoQ10, etc. You take two capsules per day and there is one month's supply in the bottle. I have had no negative effects from taking these, and have found only good things, which is perfect! All the vitamins have actually helped my well-being, and I feel better in the morning. Perhaps that is due to the B vitamins or not. But either way, I am pleased with the results in my body, and the extra energy I have from taking these.The price is more than fair for the vitamins themselves, and I would definitely recommend it to others. I am going to keep purchasing these for myself and my husband. I am very happy with these.

This multivitamin has a *lot* of stuff in it and it's also easy to swallow. One serving is two ordinary sized liquicaps. There's no flavor or aftertaste and they digest well. I really like the fruit and vegetable complex that they've added in with the traditional multivitamin components because I know I don't get to eat as many fruits and veggies as I need.

After I start taking one tablet a day my legs had pain and I stop taking. So it might had bad sight effects.
