I am female - and I have been chewing these for the last wee while and went to the hairdressers a week ago and she said that I have a lot of short regrowth, which I was thrilled about. A medication I am on has made my very fine hair, and not much of it, even thinner. I had been using other skin, hair and nails capsules but never found the regrowth at the same level as these. I will certainly be buying them again - and another bonus is that you chew instead of swallow and I have a load of meds to take each day and these are really very pleasant to chew. I highly recommend these if, like me, you have thinning or just need a boost to your hair.

I like these and the flavour is there and chewy and I’ve started getting a bit more energy but everything else I can’t notice a difference, I might book a doctors appointment to get blood tests to see if they’ve made a difference. But compared to taking tablets these are much better and nicer

I didn't get these for any hair benefits, I chose them for the mix of vitamins, particularly the doses of D and B12, coupled with the cherry taste in a gummy as an ideal way to supplement the diet of a veggie teen who seems to live on coco pops and pizza and to not like that many fruits or vegetables.I have no issues with her taking them, she has one a day without and fighting or even prompting as they taste good so it's win win for both of us. The bag will last six months taking one a day.The fact they a vegan, taste good, are in jelly form and with just one a day still contain the daily recommended does of D and the B12 a veggie can often miss out on plus good supplements of A,C, E, B5, B6, folic acid plus essential minerals such a zinc makes them a winner for me in the fight to ensure the teen is getting what she needs.

These vitamin gummies have a really nice cherry flavour . They come in a resealable bag containing 180 gumies so that should last me 3 months with the recommended 2 gummies a day.This is the second selection of supplements I am trying from this company so I alternate these annd the other ones every other day.There is a good amount of vitamins in them at the moment I can’t say if I feel any improvement but to be fair that’s the case with many supplements. I’ll carry on taking them in the hope that they are doing good.I can’t really say I’ve seen any obvious result in regards to my hair though.Theses also have a long best before date of 09/25In summary:Nice cherry flavoured dietary supplement - decent amount of Vitamins included and suitable for vegansNot s bad price for 3 months supply (currently reduced to £14.99 at the time of the review)
